My walgreens put up a sign that says due to the use of fraudulent coupons, they will no longer accept IP c/o's. ughh

My mom went to try and use them today 1st time and the sign was up.

I am going to try on the way home, but ughhhh

I've been offline most of the week. I didn't hear about the robitussin deal until yesterday
I was able to get a few. I hope it isn't all walgreens in my area. I have about 6 of them

Walgreens will lose business over this, IF it is a policy nation wide

It's not nationwide - at least not yet - I was able to use the IP Robitussin Q's today with no problem.
One of the cashiers asked where I got them, because 'everyone' is coming in with them. Luckily I was able to tell her to go right to the Wyeth site to print them out

two walgreens close to me say NO WAY TO ANY IP COUPONS, so thats why i dont shop at walgreens much unless the sale is great using sunday coupons from the paper

How can they say no to any IPs? Do they at least make exceptions for the ones available on Walgreens.com? Otherwise I'd ask them how it's not false advertising to have a $10/$40 coupon that is only available via the website that they don't accept.

I tried to use the IPs from Wyeth for the Robitussin deal and the cashier said they will only take printed Walgreens coupons and mfg coupons :-(
