When I was in Walgreens the other day buying the Robitussin I was going to use a $2 RR that I had to help pay and the cashier told me that I wouldn't get the $10 RR for the robitussin if I did this. Is this true because she wasen't sure and I didn't want to risk it. Thanks

she's misinformed~~it'll roll just fine. Now if you had a $10 RR from the Robitussin deal and wanted to use that to pay for another group of robitussin to get another $10 RR, that would not work because you can't roll the same deals.

You can use RR to get RR as long as it on RR from the same deal. Like You can not use Robitussin RR to get another one to pop out. Hope that helps.

ok so im new to this walgreens things. Im going today for the first time. I want to do the robotusin (have no coupons and they dont take IP ones) so this will be out of pocket. Then i want to do the scrubbing bubbles, have coupons for each item, i also want to get the glade sprays have 5- 1.50 off coupons and also the scrubbing bubble shower cleaner. So can i use the RR for each transaction? For example if I buy the scrubbing bubble cleaners first, then use the 10 RR on the robotusin , and then the robotusin RR on the shower cleaner? and work the glade sprays, oust and tylenol into the deals? please help

Your walgreens won't take IP's? The robotusin deal would be a lot less out of pocket for you if you print the 3.00 off the bottles making them .99 each and then getting your $10 RR back! Do you have another walgreens that takes the IP coupons?

I wish I had read these postings yesterday. I bought the Crest mouthwash twice in two different transactions. I used the RR from the first transaction during the second transaction, and did not get the RR from my second mouthwash. I called the Customer service line about it later to see if there was a mistake. What I was told is that you cannot use a RR on a purchase for the same product. So if you use the robotusin RR to purchase more robotusin then you will not get the new RR. But, if you use a RR from a different product to purchase the robitusin then you will get your RR. I hope this is correct. Can an experienced Walgreens shopper confirm this? Thanks.

No we only have 1 walgreens that is not to far from me. So whatever deal i do first, then i can just keep rolling the RR on to the next transaction right? Kinda like Cvs ecbs?

That is correct information. You can not say use the Crest mothwash RR on the Crest mouthwash or you will not get the RR. I love Walgreen and some week I think I live there. LOL
