How easy is it to return diapers at wags without a receipt? I really don't need to return- i just need to exchange for larger size.

My reall issue will be- these diapers are the red packaged walgreens diapers - i've heard that they are changeing packaging???? will they give me trouble exchanging - is it a YMMV thing???

If it's just a size exchange you shouldn't have any problems. I've heard they're changing the packaging too but they still only have the red ones at my store so I don't know. As long as they are unopened and all you want is a size exchange I really don't think they'd tell you no.

They may or may not give you a problem. You might as well try it!

Yeah I need to try this too, the size 3 in white and red packs worked great, now that I tried the size 3's in the red pack they are way to small and the tabs always come off. I would like to exchange them for the red and white packs.

I'm pretty sure it says 100% satisfaction guaranteed on the package. If they don't return them, I'd call corporate.

I wasn't happy with the quality of Walgreen's diapers and had thrown away my receipt and CS told me that since it said "Walgreens" on the package they would take it back no questions asked, and even called the store and told them when to expect me. They were ready and waiting and very polite.

I just did a size exchange last week, the white packs for the new green packs one size up. No problem, and I got an overage of $4 on a GC!

Guess I should clarify. LOL They just won't stay stuck to the front of the diaper, not that they rip off the diaper completely.

I need to take back the white and red packs for some pull ups I hope they do also.. I asked the manager one day when I was in there she said ya but I hope I don't have to pay anything..

Okay...so I decided to venture out yesterday and return 7 packs of diapers bc all of a sudden both of my kids which are still in diapers were getting TERRIBLE diaper rash. And on and off since I started using them, they get a little bit of diaper rash at least once a week. I went to the photo counter and the lady called over the manager. She said she could return them, but I would receive a check by mail within 2 weeks since I didn't have a receipt. I had to fill out my name, address, and why I returned the item(s). The price I received per package of diapers was 7.99. The manager was really nice about it. She just told me to keep the receipt she gave me until I receive the check. I hope that helps everyone.

Oh yeah, I returned red and green packaged diapers and it wasn't a problem.
