First trip last night:
4 boxes nutrigrain (assorted flavors)
Got (2) $5.00 RR's.

I was so shocked I went back in and bought:
4 boxes Nutrigrain nut and fruit bars
Got (2) $5.00 RR's!

However, the cashier noticed the second time and said "That's weird, you got two. I guess you can use these". PHEW! I thought she wasn't going to let me have them!

I've read elsewhere that this does not work for the Kellogg's cereal $5 RR, just the snacks.

No, I don't think so. From what I have been hearing, the most you'll get is 2 RRs.

No, you can mix and match. I did 2 nutri-grain and 2 special K bars in the first transaction and got 2 RRs. Did 4 nutri-grain in the next transaction and again got 2 RRs.

Also, you CAN use the diaper RRs and still get RRs for this deal...I did it this morning.

I just did it in MN and out popped the 2 RR!

Ok so it only works on the snacks? Like the cookies, pop tarts and nutri-grain bars?

I'll have to try this today. I did the Cereal and Snack deal yesterday and got no RRs, but the cashier opened up the catalina machine and the paper was jammed inside and not fed thru the slot. So they gave me the ever present form to fill out and that was that. I'll try this at a different Wags tonight.

Yesterday I did 2 Krispy treats, 2 Poptarts, 1 Cheez-it and used 2($1) coupons. Paid $8 and out popped 2 $5RR!!! 2 Nutragrain and 2 Pecan sandies with 2($1)coupons also gave 2$5RR. I tried a few other combos (using coupons each time) and also threw in the PaperMate pens for 9cents (Wag coupon) and got 2 $5RR each time, no problems, even had a store manager ring me up and point out that I got a second $5RR because I had started to walk away after he gave me the first one. Buying 4 cereals still only gave 1 $5RR but I was still happy! I haven't tried it today (probably won't, I think I got enough!) I'm in Tucson, Az. HTH!!

Same thing happened to me this morning with the Keebler Fudge stripes is this a corporate issue and if so can we make sure the guy that did it gets a raise? We could pay him with RR's LOL

You can buy anything (no cereal though) in groups of 4 for the deal as another poster posted above. I bought 4 poptarts and out popped the 2 RR. Also did 2 more transactions with th Nutrigrain and out popped 2 RR for each one!

lightbulbs 1.99 FAR
2 ky sensual silk clearance 6.00 - 6.00 coupons
total 11.47 and got back 2 5RR

large vacuum bag 5.99 -5RR
total 1.35 and 6.60 Rebate on card
repeated #2 for moms rebate

So I spent a total of 14.17 oop and will get back 15.40 in rebates on my card with the 10% extra.

So only 4 gives you 2 5RR?? I bought 6 as I thought it was 5 and got 6 to use 3 coupons.

Yes...4 is giving the 2 $5 RR!
