You can also take your receipt and contact the Catalina company, there is an info sticky somewhere on this site with the 800 #, they are very helpful and will send you a form to claim your RR if it didn't print.

I did it today without incident. It shouldn't be a problem. I gave my RRs first and then manu Qs, if it makes any difference.

It should have worked - not sure why they wouldn't take it.

The problem is you have 5 coupons and 4 items....The RR counts as a Q even though it is different. Also your RR should be first because the total must be over the RR amount before tax, so if you gave Q's first that could have been close and the problem.

Next time add an inexpensive item and see if it works, it shouldn't be a problem. xxooxo SUsuz

BUT your coupons specify buy 2, so technically you must buy 4 products to use those 2 Q's. The register will beep the same way if you were to buy 3 boxes, it wouldn't let you use the second Q.

I went last night and got 5 pop tarts. No RR spit out.

The manager told me there is a known glitch in the system. I asked
if it was just that store and he said everyone on the network, so maybe it is
the region? He didn't know too much about it. He said neither of the snack or cereal
RR are printing and they are working to fix it.

He did give me a form to mail off.

I also have leftover diaper RRs. I know I need a filler to use it. If I use a 8/$1 fashion pencil coupon does my pencil coupon attach to 1 pencil leaving the other 7 pencils as fillers (but at the coupon price). Hope that makes sense. Thanks for your help!

this was my deal - best i could calculate to qualify for both $5 rr and the $10 rebate:

b 2 smart start cereal $5
b 2 special k cereal $5
b 4 poptarts $8
b 2 special k bars $5

total $23 - $5 mfg coupons - $10 rr - $10 kelloggs rebate = $2 cr
you could buy 6 poptarts and shave $1 off the total and increase the credit

any other thoughts for lower combo?

I wound up with 10 boxes of PopTarts {which I rarely buy so they should last a while} 4 boxes of Special K and two Wheat Thins, 1 Kraft Cheese Slices.

$30 OP with $15 RR which I applied to some of my other transactions before even walking out the door. I did 8 transactions for the first time today. I was lucky that everything printed right and my cashier was great.

I did just the deal 4 nutri grain bars with mfq's and I got 2 $5RR. (I forgot about the all in one transaction). So I went back and did it again and it spit out the same thing. This is better than a MIR! No work, no wait.

I just got:

4 Raisin Bran
2 Keebler cookies
2 Pop Tarts
2 Nutrigran Cereal Bars

Gave 5 x $1 coupons and paid $19.90 oop and received 2 x $5 RR.
Then of course I'll be doing the MIR.

Gotta love free food!!!!
