I actually did this deal at Target tonight. I bought the chewy Rolaids for gas at $1.12 each & the full amount of the $4/2 coupon came off my total!

Used mine at Kroger (Dillons here) and made $2 on each mq I used. Used that to pay towards my cheap All Laundry detergent that was $2.49 after coupon! Yea! Didn't know there was a possible RR though. Will check out today.

I was there and totally forgot to give it a whirl. I hope to get another chance before the end of the week since I have a few of those q's left. I too have been doing the deal at Target and using the overage to buy other things.

I did this several times today.......Purchased (2) 100 count bottles of Rolaids. and received a $5 RR

Used the $4/2 q from Sunday paper( forget which week, but it not expire until Jan 2010)

Out of 4 transaction @ 4 different stores.....The $4/2 Q beeped @ 3 stores. and 1 store it went thru just fine?

I have used this same Q, in the past( different expiration date....and it always beeped before too?)

A couple of the stores had a BONUS Pack.it was peppermint flavor with a Box of Rolaids attached to it.
It would NOT scan at the Registar.....said something like, Item Not found?
and the UPC was different than the Non-bonus bottles.

IF, the cashier just puts in a price for the Bonus size,
you will NOT get an RR!!!!
What I did was bring up an extra bottle( Not Bonus) and got manager approval to just scan it twice, so the RR would print.

Note--only 1 store even had the signs up for this( and I forgot to see if it was just for this week, or the whole month)

At least it beeps at WAGS! Every one that I've used . The very nice cashier almost didn't take it today as they've been told not to take any Q that beeps. She checked with the asst. manager (her idea ) and he said it was okay since it was a "Sunday paper Q".

The super cheap Rolaids are worth it -- 2-100ct bottles for $0.68 - .98*! I'll listen to a few beeps for that!!
($4.99*2 = $9.98 - $4/2 Q = 5.98 - $5RR wyb2 = $0.98/2 or $0.49ea!!!)

I also bought 2 of the Rolaids and used the up to $4Q. It beeped and the cashier called the manager who checked what I had bought and then pushed it thru. I got the $5RR. I don't like when the Q beeps, especially since I had already also used the $5/$25, and I didn't want any extra problems. I'll probably use the other 3 Qs I have somewhere else.

I checked the price yesterday and the cheapest bottle was $4.49 and it had the RR sign under it.
$4.49+$4.49= 9.98-$4/2=$5.98 receive $5RR so not a MM. But you could add it to $5/25 scenario.

This is sooooo weird, my paper on pg. 9 says Lactaid, Pepcid and Imodium. I've been ripped, no Rolaids!!!!
