I just ran up to WAGS to try the Lubriderm & Almay deal. The guy kept ringing up the Mascara & deleting it b/c he couldn't get the Nov wags q to work. So I just paid & nothing printed so I left. He ended up ringing up only 1 mascara & no Nov q for the booklet. I gave him 3 -$2 off Lubriderm q's & 1 $2 RR.

I'm pissed. I lost my q's & got no RR.

3 Lubriderm x 3.79=11.37
1 Almay mascara x 6.49 (even though it should have been 6.99 & the one's he added & took off were all 6.99)
- $8 in q's/RR
= 9.86
tax 1.65
TOTAL 11.51

Anyone have any clue? Would there have been a Almay RR if he would have done it correctly? I guess I'll return it but this is why I've been avoiding WAGS. It never seems to work for me.

You didn't even get a RR for the Lubriderm?

The only way I've gotten the $5 Almay RR is when I purchased the foundation with it. So I get a $10 and a $5 for those 2 items. Maybe that's what you have to do?
Were you getting the right lubriderms? The 6 oz Fragrance Free version?

I noticed one gal at myWAGS was having trouble getting her RR to print for the Almay eyeshadow...maybe some of them are not pringing when they should

did you make sure you got the old package of one coat mascara marked 6.99? I read those are the ones sure to scan for the $4 IVC. check to see if you got the correct mascara.

did you make sure the cat machine was ON? with the 3.79 price, I think you got the right ones w/o the pump and that should've printed $8 RR since you bought 3. Try calling cat mktg @ 1888-8coupons and be ready with your receipt. make sure 24 hrs has passed from the time of your transaction for the CSR to "see" the transaction. If they see that there was a problem from their end, they will ask for your NAZ and send your $8 cat in the mail. don't count it as loss for now, you may still get your RR.

Which Almay mascara were you trying to purchase? My understanding is that the Pure Blends mascara is the one that is producing the $5 RR and that the $4 IVC coupon is for the One Coat mascara which does not produce the RR.

Also, from what I have read the Lubriderm that generates the RR is the dry skin Fragrance Free 6 oz with the UPC 5280048826.

I am looking at the Wags Sunday paper insert- It indicates the Lubriderm that qualifies for the $8 when you buy 3 are the $6.99, pump top, 16 ounce bottles. Where is the 6 ounce fragrance free advertised? Thanks.

Ugh! That's very frustrating! Maybe it has something to do with that particular store then or the Catalina machine not being turned on or out of paper. I would call the Catalina company like a PP suggested.

I had an issue with a store in my area where the RR wouldn't print when a manufacturer coupon was used with the order & the manager from that store even told me that I couldn't get the RR if I used coupons, LOL. Ummm, no I don't think so. I contacted the Catalina company & they mailed me a check for the amount of the RR. Needless to say, I don't shop in that particular store any more.

I have problems often. I always take the flyer with me to the counter and when i dont get the catalina coupon, i get the manager and he makes a manuel change to give me the discount, or will give me a discount on another item. (the trick is the other item cannot have any other coupons and cannot offer its own catalina as you wont get it because of the manuel change). If they wont give me some form of discount i cancel the entire sale and get my coupons back, then go to another store (this only happened one time ever). Good luck
