I just left my local store about an hour ago and no RRs are printing. The machine was on, paper in the machine.....online. SM said it's a nationwide problem and I stood my ground and he gave me a refund for the missing RRs. But, I don't have RRs to roll next time. This is why I don't like shopping on Sunday. Anyone else having this problem today?

I just went to my store and the same thing is happening. I just said I would try again tomorrow as I wanted the RR to roll.

I went early this morning and again around noon today and all of my Register Rewards printed.

My friend has the same problem. Went early in morning and several times in the afternoon. They have signs stating problems with RR not printing.

I went around noon, and no issues at all.

RR are not printing in my area either, haven't been since Friday.

My store offered to hold items until tomorrow or they would price modify items after RR. I got the Suave shampoo/conditioner, which they modified to $.01 each. I was thrilled because that meant way less oop, no sales tax and no RR to roll/cost of filler items.

Sheeew, glad it wasn't just me....My SIL & I just got back from Wags...wasted 2 hours of my life there. Went up to check out & found out no RRs were printing. The cashier called the closest store & found out that their RRs were printing...sooooo aggravating. No offense, makes me feel a lil better that it wasn't just our podunk town that was having problems.

Went to Walgreens in my area at 8 pm and received my rr.

I had no problems today and yesterday.
Though had trouble with Brainstrong last week. I called Catalina for help and they just mailed me the missing RR.

In NC, mine did not print out this morning and manager had to force these out.

Wags where the RRs weren't printing, were printing early this morning. No one knows what the problem was.

Techinically you do have RR's but you have the best kind its called CASH ... Technically they gave you the RR back in the form of cash so use that cash

I'm sure that's a one time deal. I'd rather have the RRs to roll next week. Cash? Too easy for the kiddos to say, "but you have $$ in your wallet!" I don't carry cash.
