I bought 1 Mach3 Turbo refill & 1 Mach3 Turbo razor with B refill G razor free and 1 Fusion refill 4pk & 1 Fusion razor with B refill G razor free at a store with the new registers. The scanned coupons automatically deducted the cost of the refills instead of the razors. I did not get the $10 RR but got $4 for the Fusion razor. The cost of the refills was 16.99 and 17.99 respectively so I was over $30. The transaction was in my favor so I did not pursue the $10RR. Did this happen to anyone else?

Yes, it happened to me with the Fusion twice. I got the cashier to correct it because I was scared she might get in trouble.

I bought Venus with Olay razor and refills (razor pictured in the ad) plus Gillette bodywash and didn't receive the RR. I also used the free razor wyb cartridges Q. The cashier manually entered the Q for the price of the razor at the end of the transaction, since it rang up as the price of the cartridges. I tried twice at two stores (one on Sunday, one Thursday....figured they'd have it "fixed" by then).
