When I tried to use 1 of my RRs, it wouldn't take it. It isn't expired and my total was $4.25 not including tax (tax was 1.25). Does anyone know why it wouldn't take a $3.00 RR?

Looks like you might need a filler. The coupon off 2 items counts on 2, the other ones each count on 1 item, so you can't use a RR, which also counts as a man. q. You could get a pencil, or cheap candy or something if you want to use your RR.
