I'm so bummed out. I tried to do the Lubriderm deal and the $1 Wags coupon in the diabetes booklet rings up as a manufacturer's coupon (and in reading the fine print, it says it's a mfg Q!). So, they wouldn't let me use my $2 mfg coupons with their $1 coupon. I haven't looked at all the coupons in the booklet, but I bet they all say the same thing, I know the Almay coupon says it's a mfg coupon too. No wonder my $2 coupons beeped when she scanned them.

Is this happening to anyone else?

The printables beeped, but not the mfg coupons. With the printables I have them take the coupons off and reverse the order. I also never cut out my wags coupons out of the book. Then they don't review the coupon.

It does say Manufacturer's Q but then it gives no remittance address, instructions, or anything else that would normally be on an Man Q. It also has a Wags bar code. Its tricky but it really is a Wags Q.

Ok so let me try to clarify this...

When wags does these coupon book they get together with the manufacturers to offer these promotions like the RR deals.

So wags puts out a portion of the coupon and the manufacturers put out a portion. After the coupon is over wags lets the manufacturer know how many times it was used and then tI think they offer a discount on their merchandise or the pay wags.


But these coupons act as a Wags coupon. If you hand the wags coupons LAST they do not count into your coupon count and double or triple themselves just like a normal wags q.

I am surprised you have had trouble with this. most wags q's are like this now but if they start with 00000 then they ARE wags q's and are paid for partially by walgreens.
Maybe explaining to then the difference between your manu q's and the wags q's it will make them change their mind. You could even show them that if they try to scan two manu q (actual ones) for one item it will beep but if they try to scan one manu and one wags q's it goes through without a problem. Becase the D&Y q's are wags q's.

When I gave the wags coupon first it wouldn't let the mq go through, but when I used the mq first they went through just fine.

Not sure what order you are having them scan, but try mq then wags q

Ditto - the order the coupons are used will determine what is allowed. I did the same thing - did the deal as described and got the great result. Went back the following day and used the Wags coupon first with all sorts of problems getting the manu qs to go through (they didn't).
SO.....$2 manu qs first, then give the walgreens q from the diabetes booklet - it will work like a charm!

My Wags always asks for all of my Qs and they said they were told to scan the Wags Qs first then the MQs so there are no overages. They won't let me give my MQs then the Wags Qs.

Same here, for most Wags, not all. These coupons do start with 00000, so they should ring up as Wags, not mfg coupons, but check the receipt, they ring up as mfg! Dang it, Wags is getting to be too much trouble, I can't wait til the new CVS stores open here.

I haven't had any trouble with the q's going through but a couple of cashiers took the wags q's because they are ringing up as a man. q.

Yes. As a matter of fact the Other IVC's beeped before I had even handed my MFC. The manager told her to just price adjust the items.. So NOT to ring it in as a MFC. I think she was having problems w/ her register though. It was all funky.

I bought 5 more triscuits this morning before work. Used 5 $1 off coupons and the diabetes book, no problems. I didn't use any fillers or anything. Just the 5 boxes of crackers.

At different Wags around me (Very few) they changed the regiser programming or something, because it will not ring up the lotion IVC in any way, shape or form. This is at stores where I have used the lotion q before...At others, it works fine, as it alwasys has...
