| No RR for Almay... a number to call?
Today I purchased an Almay foundation-Pure Blends and Almay Eye Shadow-Pure Blends at Walgreens and didn't receive the $10 and $5 RR. The cashier gave me the paperwork to send in for these... which takes 6-8 weeks. Is there a number to call? Thanks!

was it pure blends? that is the only varieties giving RR this week

You didn't specify so is it the pure blends? These are the ones for the RR. Not sure about a number I know there was one posted around here a while back for the Cat company. I'd just do a return and try again. |

Yes, they were both Pure Blends. The cashier stated that the machine was supposed to be fixed but obviously wasn't and that they were to hand out the paper work.

first, make sure it was the 9.99 Pure Blends foundation in the new packaging that you got. there's another one that looks similar but 13.99 that does NOT print RR. for the $5 RR, only Pure Blends singles eyeshadow, mascara and lipgloss are qualified for the RR. Any other almays you bought will not print RRs. if you bought the correct ones, you can call cat mktg after 24 hrs at 1-888-8cou(pons). be ready with your receipt as the CSR will ask for RFN and store location found in your receipt. HTH.

If you have another store in your area I'd just go do the return at the original store and repurchase at the other. It's a pain, but it's better than waiting 6-8 weeks.

I never leave the store with that paperwork. I always do a return right then if the RR does not print out and ask to have it redone at another register and if it still doesn't print, I just return it... |

Thought about returning it, but I purchased other Almay items too and the girl at the register was so helpful and gave me $1 coupon for each Almay item. Guess I'll just do the paper work this time and use as a lesson learned.
