| 1 RR per transaction ????
I went to Wags this morning and the register beeped after I gave them the first RR, I had plenty of items in my transaction, but when she try to scan the second one the register just wouldnt take it, so they called the manager who told me that I had use already many coupons and if I was trying to get the stuff for free I was doing coupon fraud ! I had 3 lubriderm, 3 hunts and a pencil, I gave them 3 $2.00 MQ for Lubriderm 1 $ 1.00 off 3 hunts 1 $1.00 RR I even forgot to give them the Wags Coupon for the Lubriderm! I felt so bad after being treated like that I decide to call customer service, to report that rude manager. The lady at cs told me that she was wrong to treat me like that , but she was right for the RR because you can only use 1RR per transaction. Did they change the rules? I want to play by the rules, and if this is the new rule, they won't see me shopping as much any more! Anybody knows anything about it? |

The $1/3 Hunts coupon attached all 3 Hunts items. If you bought one more pencil, you would have had enough items to use a second RR.

if you would have give them the rr's first, then the lub Qs, then the hunts, it would have worked, then you give the wags qs. that way the hunts doesn't attach to all three.

They don't know their own rules the same thing happened to me several times EXCEPT at ONE store, and since then I stick to it... actually once, at this particular store, there was a new cashier and she called the manager because she wasn't sure if she could take all my RR and coupons... it was a different manager and he started saying that the RR said I could only use one... so he starts reading OUT LOUD the small print, thinking that he could make me feel embarrassed in front of the other customers, but when he finished reading and couldn't find anything that says "one per transaction", the embarrassed one was him!! Then he told me that "OK, but your new RR won't print and I won't void the transaction", I said (with a big smile), "I'll take the risk!" and lo and behold, my RR printed He was VERY surprised!I just have the feeling they lack training... I usually go to a single store and always around the same day/time to avoid troubles like that. I know the two cashiers and the manager that are in charge at that time and they are all very friendly and nice, but it took me a long time to find a Wags I feel comfortable with! and of course I cannot roll that much because I don't want to go through the hassle of being threated like I'm doing something illegal, so I don't go to other Wags anymore. This past Sunday I used 3 different RR and several coupons in a transaction, my OOP was $0.04 and the first time my RR didn't print! but the manager came and told me that the machine wasn't working, and without me having to ask for it, she voided the transaction, rang me up herself in a different register and voila! my RR printed.

The manager at one of my stores last night told me I was a cheater when he saw my total. I wanted to retort that he was an idiot, but I didn't. I advised him that if he didn't like me getting stuff for "free" he was welcome to write to Revlon and showed him the address on the RR. Until their policy changes, keep playing the game!!!

My parents are new to the "game" and they had this happen to them yesterday and they don't live really close to the store too. My dad was upset and wanted to write corporate. He even had her read it and tell him where it said that. She couldn't figure it out but they flat out refused.

RR's should be considered just the same as money since the customer has to purchase something that is eligible in order to get them. There is no "stealing" or "cheating", you spent money at their store. That is the bottom line. However, if I am at an unfamiliar Walgreens that I suspect may try to deny my RR's, I just seperate my stuff to account for each RR. That way, if they have a problem with using multiple RR's they can just do seperate transactions.

I had a problem today also. I purchased a glade diffuser and 3 tomato sauces. Coupons used were 2 $1RR, $3glade and the 3/1 ad coupon. Should have worked but everything was beeping. The cashier (bless her) voided out and changed the order she entered the coupons twice before she finally got it all to work. Small order --big hassle -- great cashier.
