I've heard Publix takes them but it all depends on the cashier.
I would think that your best luck would be with stores that also have catalina machines.

There wasn't a list, but there was a thread that got moved to "Controversial".

Bottom line: Some stores accept them. Some Wal-Marts do, some Wal-Marts don't. Same with Target, Jewel, Albertsons, etc. You just have to ask the manager. They do NOT beep on most cash registers (if you can get the cashier to scan them) but some stores report that they do not reimbursed for them.

Some Cub Foods in MN take them. Fortunatly mine does. Manager states as long as it says Manufacterer Coupon it's a go. Use them alot here when the wgas deals aren't so great toward the food bill. Also my Walmart will take them (non expired that is). Go the CS and ask for a MGR b/4 taking a no from the cashiers. This is the best policy to cover everyone involved.

My Meijer takes them. Well, I should say that whenever I use them in the self check-out, I haven't had a problem.

My Harris Teeters take them and I am outside of South Charlotte, NC. I used one at Food Lion once. The cashier was one of my students so he didn't question it. I asked first then handed it to him. He read it then said "I don't see a problem, let's see...". I was prepared for them to say no and was going to stop by CS first but forgot to. I haven't tried Walmart around here.

On a store where they CAN be used, can they be used on any product? For example, you could use a RR from Unilever to be used towards buying a watermelon in the produce department?
