When I went to my Walgreens today I noticed the BIC Soliel Razors and 4 count blade refills were on clearance for $3.59 plus you get a $3 RR when you buy one. So $.59 for a razor and 4 refills

I saw them on clearance at one of the Wags in the south subs of Chicago. (I can't remember which one though.)

At my wags, they still said $6.99....but I had them scanned, and they said $3.59....and I used the $2 off q and it printed the $3 RR....I am in Tx....if this helps someone
