minus $3 wyb band aids and neo x2
minus $4 RR from colgate
TOTAL OOP $4

is it due to the colgate RR? that is all I can think of...and of course my useless assistant manager says its bc i used MQs...I tried to tell her that is what MAKES it a good deal!! ....so she was useless. Ended up voiding the transaction and leaving empty handed.

Here is what I normally do in those situations. When I have a RR that doesn't print and I get the same responses, I politely ask the MOD to please re-ring the items without the coupons and cash it out. Every time I have had this scenario come up, the RR will not print even w/out mq's and Wag q's. If I have purchased the right items, which it sounds like you did, this is a great way to show them that it is their computer system, not your coupon use. The key is to make sure you are keeping your cool and not showing them that you are trying to prove a point. After the mod's have realized that this is a computer error, they are more than willing to compensate.

I had the same problem today. They tried to tell me it was because I used RR's to pay. Then I realized that I bought a different pack of bandaids then was listed in the ad. I had them void the first transaction and rering it with the correct bandaids and the RR printed. The cashier handed me the RR and didn't say a word!

I bought the Neo to Go and it produced a RR so that can't be the problem. Was the machine working? That could be one reason. If it was working then you may have bought the wrong Band Aids.

I got the wrong kind and they rang up $3.39 and I didn't even notice until the very end! So I was able to fix it.

Op, did your bandaids ring up $3? If they did in fact ring up the sale price of $3 then I would definitely say it was because of the catalina not working properly.
