I am starting to see cross eyed, walgreens is new to me (new store opened this week) , today i went in and bought the lubiderm and the almays, so now i have 3 diff RR's to roll, in our ads we have $3.00 off your 1.00 purchase, so when planning my next deal, how does this coupon get calculated, is it total before coupons, after, or before wags only......I am so confused and the more i read the more confused I get!

I have like 10 of these coupons, and would like to make the most of them....

I would hand over the store coupon first and then do the mfq's after...it could be kind of tricky in some stores. If you use it after the mfq they might say that your total is not $10 anymore and then they won't let you use it. They consider mfq's a form of payment. I hope this helps!

Those are THE GREATEST coupons ever!!

A chain of drug stores here was taken over by Wags a number of months ago; they only had the "grand opening" so many months later with the q you are talking about.

I had posted on AFC at the time asking how they worked. People posted to tell me to hand over the $3.00/$10.00 grand opening q first; before all manuf. q's & RR's; & I was still hesitant & nervous; but Sleepy, the expert & Queen of Wags here on AFC wrote that was how you did it; so that was what I did.

And sure enough, it worked fine!

I used over a dozen of them (each on individual purchases, of course; one per trasnaction) and saved close to $50.00 additional in just those $3.00 q's! I made sure to split all my transactions to only $10. or so each; to use a $3. q on each one.

Most of my purchases at the time came to just pennies after the $3. q & then my MQ's & RR's.

In fact, they had the Theraflu deal going on then; where you bought 2 for $10.00; used MQ, & Wags IVC, & it came to like $3.00; & then you got $10RR back. Well, all those $3/$10 q's took off the additional $3, so had no OOP, & I made $10 in RR's on every transaction! It helped me get a major start on Wags & RR's!

Also, if your store(s) have any Grand Openings, I would go; they have some nice things they give away; 3 of the closest stores to me all had it. They make a big deal out of it.

Just something to add: Some people said it is also a YMMV as far as the $3/$10 q's; but try it (giving them in first); you have nothing to lose. If they tell you it has to be after MQ's, then, that is the way it is (but I'd try other stores; as they may do it the other way).

They are, by far, the GREATEST q's!! (It isn't hard to come up with $10 worth of stuff; & then you get the $3 off; & then MQ's on top of it; you can get a lot of stuff for free or next to free! And again, split up your transactions in groups of $10 ea., to use one $3 q for each $10 worth of merchandise.)

ummm... well the fine print says after all coupons, incl. wags but my wags was taking it off before i used my wag q's so i think it depends on the cashier and plan accordingly both ways, it messed me up when she did the q but turned out to be a GREAT 'mess-up'.... hth! and good luck!

Thanks! I see alot of potential all my deals that I am coming up with to include the 3.00 coupon. i think i will definetly hand them all one at a time and start with the store coupon, i have a full two weeks to use it since they dont expire til nov 14.

If they dont allow it i will simply pay 3.00 extra than what i go in thinking i will pay.
