My Quaker Oats rang up like this

QKR Oats 2.99
QKR Oats 2.01
QKR Oats 2.50
QKR Oats 2.50

Subtotal = 10.00
minus 3.62 WAGC

Total $6.38 before any MQ and get back the $5 RR

The WAG Q waqs for BOGO-so if it is BOGO then why is it only taking $3.62 off of the total-if you buy 4 of them then should you not get $5 off? I bought 18 total of the ones that were BOGO and all of my transactions only took off the $3.62 on the ones that had 4 on the receipt. The one with 2 on the receipt was less. Just wondering if this is right and if not what should I do-go back to the store or call CS?

The coupon said Buy 1 at 3.19 Get 1 Free. So that is why it only took off the amount it did. All of my transactions rang up the same as yours.

I did one transaction and it rang up like that. I decided to not ask the MGR about it and just let the deal go.

All mine rang up like that too. You are right, it should have taken $5 off for each 4 that you bought. I talked with the manager who adjusted it for me. I do have one transaction that I did on another day that I still need to have adjusted and I will take that in tomorrow morning and have them adjust it.

I do not understand why it only took off $3.62 for some and for others it took off $5 (there's another thread about this). If the wags bogo is buy 1 at 3.19 get 1 free, how do they come up with $3.62 anyways? It doesn't matter what the price says on the bogo, if it says bogo it should mean bogo and I am sure that your store will adjust this for you.

I missed out on the Oatmeal all 3 stores were out. I did get a raincheck for 4 at the BOGO price but can I still get the $5 RR?

Is $3.62 the difference since the Q is for Buy at $3.19 (your receipt they rang up $2.XX) Get 1 FREE. Since you are paying less, they are subtracting the rest from the Q.

Ok, it makes sense in my head....just don't know how to explain it
