I spent almost 2 hours in Wags today and none of my RR printed. It took an hour and a half to figure out what was going on. I hope this is help to some as it was a big deal there. They had to get my info and mail it to corp. in order to send me my RR. Has this happened to anyone?

Yeah I would have absolutely refused to do the "mail in rebate" RR. You should have argued with them and made them put the balance on a gift card or just returned all your items. Why is it fair that you should have to wait for RR's because of issues with their equipment? Everyone else gets theirs immediately.

I have heard it takes a pretty good length of time for them to mail the RR's to you.

This is just what I would have done. I know some people don't like to be so confrontational but what's fair is fair.

I bought herbal essesnce, theraflu, dial, and the glad candle. So total 7 dollars in RR

I didn't get a RR for the dove deal last week and I called the 800 Catalina number. I was asked to fax a copy of my receipt; which was a first. I have not heard back from them. The guy did mention that Wags does not allow the use of coupon for RR items...which the our sales ad advertises.
In the past I have successful called the 800 number and was mailed the RR in a few days. I don't know about this time, but I will be calling back tomorrow.

I went in to wags in kernersville and got the pampers and my rr didnt print either. I had just got off of work so i didnt feel like fooling with them. I am going to call the catalina company tomarrow.

hmm...I'm concerned about cat mktg knowing about WAG policies as to when the RR prints if coupons are used or not. I know cat mktg is independent of WAG. There must be something brewing if this is true. I don't think this is favorable to couponers if this turns out to be true.

BUT then, it will be false advertising on the part of WAG to print in their ads to look for coupons in Sunday papers for more savings IF they will tell cat mktg to tell customers that their RRs will not be mailed if they used a coupon in the transaction.
