im planning a trip but im still confused i dont have any rrs what can i get with a low oop which i can then roll for the fusion and the vaseline lotion btw are there any vaseline qs? i have 20 fusion qs if that helps

It's always on a sticky at the top of the Walgreens forum.
So, for this week, look at the 10/18-24 rolling thread.
She is the master of rolls. Seriously.
And there is always a "free/cheap" thread for the week. Also stickied.
There will be lists of the coupons available to use, and where they came from.
Between the 2, you should be able to put together a pretty good scenario that will work for you.
Or, you can do like the rest of us, and print out Sleepy's thread and take it to the store with you.
I always copy/paste it and email it to my phone. But I'm odd like that.

if you only want razors and lotion, you will have to bite the bullet and pay $4.99 + tax for first razor, then it will go like this...

$8.99 razor - $4 Q = $4.99+, $6 RR

$6.99 lotion - $6 RR = 99¢+, $7 RR

$8.99 razor + $2.01 filler - $4 Q - $7 RR = 0+

for the $2.01 filler, you can get whatever other items you need that stay at/slightly above that amount...like 4 cans tuna - $2.20, Edy's ice cream - $2.49, Lean Cuisine - $2.50...you get the point

...then you can roll between razor + [filler] and small oop and lotion [for 99¢]

...OR try some of the other items that produce RRs this week, like $2.49 Robitussin, $2.99 Chapstick, 2/$2 Trident, $3.49 Emergen-C....oop may go up, but you will get RRs back
