Help Sign Can anyone tell me...
when is the best time to call the catalina company to ask about an RR? I tried today around 4:30 and was on hold forever. Also, is it easy to have them send you an RR if they verify if you should get one? I don't want a hassle like I'm encountering when I go into WAGs. Lately, it's been oh, our catalina machines are down, to RRs not printing for monthly deals, to cashiers with candy corn in their skulls. I'm feeling like I'll keep my RRs down to a minimum if I have to prepare for hassles with their system every time I go in there.

Any help is appreciated.
