I am not going to lie...I'm having the HARDEST time figuring WAGS out. Why, I'm not sure!
So, I'm making my list for tomorrow:
I want to get:
2-dayquil/nyquil w/ 2-1.00 Q's
BOGO Campbells soup (4) w/ 2-1.00/2 Q's and wags q of course
2 Skippy w/ 2-0.75 Q's
6 Ragu w/ 4-0.75/2 Q's

I have the following RR's to use:
2-$1
1-$7
1-$2
1-$10

I do realize this should not be that complicated, but apparently, I'm a bit dense...I don't get it. Thanks in advance for any help.

I am a newbie to wags and I have to say for me it is really complicated. I get so nervous when using my RR and Q's together, because I think that I am going to mess it all up. I too have a hard time figuring it out. It gets so bad, for me that I end of having a headache.

I am so lucky to have met someone online, as well as ppl her at AFC, help me figure it all out, because if not, I would throw in the towel and give it all up.

One reason that I do not is because I am a couponaddicted who is cheap and fugal and hate to pay full price for anything.

Ok first of all you cannot use (4) .75/2 Ragu coupons if you are only buying 6 jars of sauce. You may use 3 of them

Then in conjunction with your Q's you can use the $10 and $7 RR. If you use the $1 RR as well you will pay .37 + tax. OR you could find a filler for .63 and use the $2 RR and have a lower amount + tax. Either way you will have one RR remaining.

you should be able to buy everything in 1 transaction
- give RRs first, then mQs, then wQ

your total will be $29.70 before RRs [18] + Qs [7.75 + wQ], so use $10, $7, $1 + Qs ...pay 77¢ + tax

you will get $8, $5 RRs and have $2, $1 left over from before [and 1 75¢/2 Ragu Q]

i dont understand teh RR's either. i figure i will follow others posts who have had sucessful RR and wag trips then try . i dont even have any RRs yet because i havnt purchased anythign to get them yet becaus eI dont know what to do with them after i do.

RRs are like paying and getting money back!

this is a good month to start/learn RRs cause there are many 'free' items

depending on what you want to buy, RRs help reduce the amount you pay out of pocket, and are savings on top of coupons

I have a question...will jenpen01's transaction work without a filler? I had a problem with the Trident coupon earlier which was a $1/2. I came to the conclusion that the coupon applies the savings to both Trident gums so I needed a filler to use my RR. Was that just for the Trident coupon? Would love to hear a response. Thank you.

The Campbells soup deal, 2/$1.00 with the Wags ad in the circular was last week. I haven't seen the circular for this week yet, but I didn't think it was 2 weeks in a row.

when you have $x/2, that Q normally attaches to 2 items when counting mQs/items

if you use it last, after RRs, it will only attach to 1 item

OP has 14 items - 4 RRs - 9 mQs - 2wQs
...if she does them in the wrong order, may need fillers

Thank you Brook6 for the Wags lesson because once I think I've got it figured out, wouldn't you know I mess it up. I have to memorize which order to place RR's, q's, & Wags q's. Hopefully this will stick.
