| question about the "monthly drawing"/ feedback call-in
I have done many a Wags trip but just recently started calling the number to give feedback (the one on the receipt). They asked a lot of questions, for sure. Okay, the 3 grand would be nice, but I was wondering if the stores were notified or somehow "rewarded" when people call in off the receipts and leave positive feedback. Since I had to put in the code on the receipt I'm pretty sure they can trace it back to the store, day I was there, employee that was working at the cosmetics counter when I checked out, etc etc, probably even how many RR's I used when I got that bag-full of stuff for $1. ![]() If the employees or store get any perks or recognition off of those call-ins, that's something we really should be doing all the time, for the stores that are good to us. Shoot, some of us (not me, but plenty of others) do 20 or 25 transactions a week- it wouldn't hurt if the store got good feedback from them. |

I work at wags and from an employee pov we all love to hear positive feedback from our customers......the voicemail you leave is turned into text and after the store manager receives it (at least at my store) he/she posts it for all to see! After all, no matter what kind of work you do it is always nice to hear about how well your doing.

I don't know if anyone has ever done it for me, of course my store manager is kind of umm, how to say it nice.....hard to get along with?......so he doesn't tell anyone when they're doing a good job, just when we're doing a bad one. But definitely do the surveys, and if you do happen to have a favorite cashier, let him/her know once in a while. It makes up for all the rude people we have to deal with sometimes to hear a kind word |

In my store, to promote AWESOME customer service, I am holding a contest to see who can get the most "good" replies. I am going to give a $50.00 Visa gift card (I am buying it, not the store) to the associate with the best customer service for the months of September, October and November. Not everyone is trying, but most are. It helps me see who I need to focus on and train to be better in customer service. They have to make sure to circle the phone number, website, and their name at the top so the customers know who to brag on. I have 2 associates who are neck and neck----they are getting pretty competitive!!! But hey if it helps us provide better service to customers.......I might have to do something each quarter!! As I told every associate at work "IT PAYS TO BE NICE!! "

gibbes13...are you a store manager? If so, can I come and work at your store? $50.00 gift card...very nice...very nice... My goal everyday I go to work is to give the best customer service I can....But, I've gone in other Wags and most of time I don't get a "Hello, How can I help you" or even an acknowledgment....imo that just makes the company look bad. I wish every associate/BA would do the same b/c w/o customers none of us have any jobs! |

No, just an EXA (for now :-) ), but I figured it would be a way to tell the person that wins how awesome they are, and to be able to also see who I need to work with to get them up to where we need them to be. You are absolutely right in saying that "w/o customers none of us have any jobs!" I can't stress that enough to everyone. |

I love my Wags stores in Bremerton and Silverdale Washington and I tell my cashiers how much I appreciate them everytime I go in !They are amazingly nice and helpful! A lot of them are couponers too so they are super helpful.
