How many on here accumulate their R.R. and then use them for holiday buying at Black Friday? The reason I am asking is because I am thinking of rolling and then using them up then if deals are good. I am looking at a move in December so I was thinking taking a break that month and then start over in Jauary and build up my R.R. again when I move. From what I have seen it doesn't seem hard to get them built up with coupons and sales. Thanks for any input you can give.

I can only use one RR at a time. So I have to watch what I'm doing. Is that normal?

The sales and RR deals come and go. Sometimes they roll so many times you get sick of it, then you won't be able to find a good deal for a while. As for using RR for BF deals, I say go for it! If you are going to be busy moving, you probably won't have the time and energy to deal with the trips to Wags and all the extra stuff to pack. And Walgreen's usually comes up with some decent deals for BF. I use RR to pay at Wags whenever possible. Why should I spend green money when there are RRs going stale in my wallet? Of course, then it gets harder for me to get back into it. I don't mind spending a little on tax to roll RR, but it is hard for me to spend cash, even when I get more than I spent back in RR. |

when you get the hang of it, you'll do better. if you can find stores that takes more than 1 RR, that will be easier for you to manage your RRs earned. Good luck!

| That was the rule for a while. Now I am able to use multiple RR in one transaction, as long as I have enough fillers. The registers will accept them, but your store's management may not. It is good to know how your store does things so you don't end up with a bunch of RR you aren't able to use as you planned.

It depends on what's on BF sale at WAG but the last 2 yrs were not so impressive. I have not seen the BF ad but I am not expecting too much since they have done away with ESR. Keep in mind that RRs expire in 2 weeks, so the ones you can use are what you have earned 2 weeks before BF. for now, let's cross our fingers that there are good items on sale this BF

I have been able to use more than R.R. in one transaction and so far I have been able to roll thanks to the great monthly deals. I have also used a few on things I was needing that weren't producing a R.R. I think that is what I will do see what I have at Black Friday and use them up and start over after the move. I might go through withdrawals though until after the move. |

Thanks for all of the advice for Black Friday at Wags. Since I was a kid, it's always been one of my favorite shopping days. DH can watch the kids-he is not a shopper! |

I don't accumulate too many RR because we use them to get good deals on groceries/household items that we need each week. I usually don't go Black Friday shopping but I may this year at Wags if there are some great deals to spent some RR on. My Wags lets us use as many RR on a transaction as we want, as long as it doesn't beep.
