I ran into Waldbaums just to get some stuff
I got
4 bags of Healthful cat $1.99 each
8 meow mix select .67 each
4 Wholly Gucamolie $4.99 each
2 dozen eggs .99 each
1 dozen @ 2.79 guess the limit was 2
2 36 oz bread crumbs $1.50 each
1 Cool Whip $2.00
2 Ragu micro sauce $2.29 each
2 Solo Plates $2.50 each
2 Lawrys Marinade $2.00 each

So my total was $52.70..
Then I see the kid scan a coupon .Grand Opening Bonus and it Gave me $8.00 off over $50.00

So of course I got nervous thinking if I even had $8.00 worth of stuff left after coupons..My total was....$2.41 !!! I love it.. my logic I bought one pasta sauce and everything else was FREE
The kid was impressed and the lady behind me her comment..Oh thats too much work..

we went to Waldbaums on 20th avenue and the cashier and manager were so nasty toward us because we were getting free items after coupons. since when is that a crime? all the coupons were legit. i prefer pathmark over waldbaums.

hmm to the lady behind you it is too much work to save almost $50?? Since when is that too much work? I don't get how people say that. Then again I am a stay at home mom and yes sometimes it is overwhelming in fact I haven't been really using coupons and shopping in the last 3 weeks as my DD is here and well she hates coupons. So I have stepped back, but hate that I am missing some really great finds!

Great job! I understand the triples dance as I finally did my 1st though 7th triples shopping. I also got that comment of...is it really worth it? Um..... YEAH!
