I buy Trader Joe's yogurt. It's great and tastes just as good as Dannon!

I agree. If you are looking for organic yogurt, theirs is really good. & it is the cheapest around. Their organic butter is also reasonably priced.

I love the TJ brand meatleast breakfast sausages. They look just like the Morningstar breakfast patty sausages, but they are cheaper and tastier!

I just love anything from TJ's. We get there about once every 2 months since it's and hour and a half away.

I buy most of my spices there because they are dirt cheap .99 cents versus 4 or 5 bucks at other stores. I also buy my olive oil there for the same reason, it is usually a couple bucks cheaper than other grocery stores. I love a lot of their products and some stuff I can only find there :-)

I love Trader Joe's. I go almost every week although it is a 45 minute drive one way for me, but I feel it is worth it. I love their Med. hummus, tabouli, black bean/corn salsa, TJ non-fat Greek yogurt, apple/chicken sausage, beef hot dogs, orange chicken, terriyaki chicken, cinnamon twists, Cats cookies, whole wheat rotini pasta, milk, granola cereal, etc., etc. |

we get most of our coffee beans from TJs, garbonzo beans, salsas, tortillas, cheeses, Kerry butter...oh, lots of other things. the only thing that i don't buy at TJs is fresh produce...don't know if it's just the stores in my area or not, but i am almost never happy with the produce.

There powdered sugar...they only have it at the holidays, so I have to stock up (and I'm on my last bag from last year). It has tapioca starch added instead of the typical corn starch as a declumping/flow agent. Very important for someone allergic to corn! I also get my olive oil there- the prices are so much better for a lot better quality. And I love some of their frozen fruits....I just wish we had a local TJ so I didn't have drive 2 hrs one way to shop there. |

My kids LOVE the cereal bars. And orange chicken. Oh, we can't forget the salad dressings - the refrigerated ones. I don't think there's anything they make that I didn't like. Oh, the cats crackers and organic alphabet crackers.

I just went yesterday and there is so much that I buy there that it would take me all day to type them, LOL. Their refrigerated crab soup is to die for. I also buy their packaged tomato soup (very good and I'm not a big fan of tomato soup), Goin Bananas (chocolate covered bananas in the frozen section), Fruit Flo's (frozen fruit bars), shredded Parmesan cheese (love this stuff), chili lime chicken burgers (frozen), whole grain tortilla chips, nuts (everything from walnuts, to trail mix), etc. are more things I thought of that I buy often.

just got back from there... Been trying out the Ezekiel bread and the reduced carb tortillas (so far so good). Been trying out the premade salads, too I like the traditional hummus and the multi-grain & flaxseed water crackers. I like the organic 1% milk, the organic half & half and the cage-free eggs. I like being able to get my fish wild-caught instead of farm-raised. I enjoy shopping there because its a brief walk up the street and I always feel better when I'm putting healthy food into me, you know? |

I guess that means they are soaked in salt water? I think Alton Brown does that on Food Network. I love Trader Joe's so much, I just wish it was closer to me.

They just opened a TJ's about 2 weeks ago, 2 blocks from my house. I haven't been yet but I'm planning on going there today. I haven't seen anyone mention their meat. Do they have good beef? We're planning on Ribeyes for dinner and Kroger has them for 5.99 lb this week - but I'm ticked off at Kroger at the moment and would rather buy them somewhere else. Plus I've been dying to check out the new store.

I buy their beef quite often. They've just changed them by storing 1 pound of hamburger in vacuum packs so it doesn't take up as much room in your freezer. I find some of their meat is really expensive (for me anyway) but I've never had any that wasn't good.
