No, there are still lots of Tops. I know of 3 near my mom's house in upstate NY.

In an effort to really get serious about saving money on groceries, I am going to be paying more attention to the great loss-leader items that Tops Friendly Markets offers every week. Being brand new to this site, I'd love to see this Tops' section remain open and thrive. I'll add to it as appropriate.

Tops is the closest grocery store to my house, but I don't usually shop there because their regular prices are pretty high. Now that I am couponing I might head there for the loss-leaders like travis.

I also read in their flyer that they sometimes offer coupons to double $1 manufacturer coupons, so I've been keeping my eye out for one of those!

Since Tops is litterally a block from me, I keep my eye on the sale. Just because they double and stores like Aldi doesn't even take coupons.

There were a couple good deals but I think they ended tonight. The Kraft/Koolaide was working there, and if you used it with the platers nuts 3 times in a row, you got a register coup for $6.50 off your next order. BUT, like I said, I think that ended tonight.

I love the double dollar ones. I save my personal care coups just for those sales!

There was a coupon in the Buffalo News today for an extra 200 gas points when you spend $30.00 that is good till July 26 if this helps anyone.

I too shop at tops here in NY when they have deals. Its nice to have this board to check or post on when they do have deals
