I was wondering where everyone gets there coupons...figured tops is only in certain areas so people here are more local to me...any help on where to get multiple inserts...does anyone do dumpster dive in those green recycle bins?

I buy 10 papers a week to get my coupons. I also have friends and family save them for me. Even with spending 20 dollars a week I still make out great with coupons. My stockpile is growing slowly. Hope this helps...

I buy like 2-6 a week and get them from friends and family. I also get tearpads from the groicery store and online threw coupons.com, redplum.com, smartsource, and coupon network.com, bettycrocker.com and alot threw facebook....hope this helps

I don't buy more than 4 papers anymore...my Tops and Price Chopper has limited coupons to 4 per item, per transaction, and they don't let us make multiple transactions in one day. Tops and Price Chopper are 15 miles from me...so 1 big trip per week is it for me. the girls at work do a coupon exchange....which is alot of fun. I do print from coupons.com, smartsource.com, redplum.com, couponnetwork.com, the companies themselves (general mills, yoplait, etc...). I'm not a stock piler unless its a really good deal, like a few months ago gain was completely free with the 4.00 off coupon, in that case I bought 10 coupons from ebay, got them before weeks end and my bf thought I went off the deep end. DO NOT watch extreme couponing, the only thing you will learn from that show is how to cheat. Have fun!!!

Welcome! The lady that does the Tops forum is GREAT!! If there is a coupon out there to match a sales item she'll tell you where to find it and also if a IP for that item she'll link it for you to print out. I usually buy 4 papers a week too, unless i know that there will be some killer coupons i'll buy more. I work in a nursing home and a patient of mine gathers up the other patients inserts for me and i reward her back by giving her a "goody" basket at least once a month ( she doesn't have any living family members) so its a win, win for both of us.
Not sure about dumpster diving, i know in some areas its actually illegal, so check it out before you dive in! LOL
Also start small..it can be over whelming with all the deals, but you'll soon get it! I agree with the PP, DO NOT watch "that" show...its staged and unrealistic, im happy with at least a 50% savings on my grocery bill, esp at Tops!
Also i buy my papers at Rite Aid, i have 20% off so my Sunday Buffalo news is only 1.60. HTH And Good Luck
