I was in TOPS today when I saw a lady with a cart full of diapers, of course I asked her what deal I was missing and she said to go and check the diaper isle. I did and found a whole section with a sign that said "discontinued diapers". Here is what I found

Ill have to check it out. A few weeks back I found the Overnight huggies on sale for the same price. I wonder whats going on!

Hubby and I have come up with a theory, ! Not many people can afford everyday diapers as it is these days. I can guarantee they aren't making a profit on those suckers anymore. If only they would cram as many 'Pull-Ups' in a package, box, etc... as they do regular everyday diapers, they might get some business back.

You would think it would be cheaper for them to make, or 'produce' if you will, the pull-ups because they don't have to worry about 'tabs' and stuff. Oh well - maybe they have come up with a new cost-efficient version, .

I, personally, have never purchased Pull-ups for any of our 6 kids. That is just way too expensive for my blood, . However, with our 2 year old, I did break down and purchase a few bags of Overnights (when they went on sale with a coupon ) because she just pees and pees and pees and pees . If I don't change her in the middle of the night, she is soaked by morning. With the Overnights, though, she is completely dry, go figure, They Work!!

The pull ups I bought did say something about "nighttime" on the package, maybe they are more absorbent?? I don't really know.

Be careful though because I noticed today when I bought some that there were 2 kinds of pull ups on clearance...one was $5.65 (26 count "overnight") and one was like $9 and change (29 count)...so make sure you read the tag carefully to make sure you are getting the correct ones.

Today I got 5 packages of huggies, 8 boxes of marcal facial tissue, 4 santa cruz and 4 apple and eve for $20....pretty cool.

I am actually 12 away from using all 100 santa cruz coupons I ordered! Crazy.

Hmmmm - I know nothing of the Santa Cruz, UGH! (is that juice?? <<embarrassed>>) I never got any Apple and Eve Qs either. Those were gone off eBay before I got a chance to sneeze. And I am cheapo - hence the coupon shopping - so I refuse to pay what some people pay on there! Some pay more than the coupon is worth, am I missing something??

Thnx for the info on the diapers... I will have to pay close attention if I find them...

My Tops had big signs saying something to the effect that the packaging was being changed having to do with the quantity in each package so that's why they are alll being clearanced.
