The people in my complex just automatically recycle the WNY Values thing that the Tops ad comes in on Saturdays. I just got 24 more of the dollar doublers. Do the double coupons have to be used after any certain dollar amount?? Also if it states use with $15 dollar purchase... could hypothethically spend $19 then use 2 of the $1 dollar doublers... which would bring it down to 15 then use more coupons to bring my total down or no? I am new to this area of TOPS. Thanks

There is a limit per transaction (2) but if you do multiple transactions, you can use 2 of them each time.

What are Dollar Doublers? Also, how does the gas program work at Tops? Just starting TOPS deals... any help or link to help would be greatly appreciated!!

The dollar doublers were a special short-term store coupon that (if I remember correctly) allowed two $1 off manufacturers coupons to be doubled in a transaction. Normally Tops only doubles manufacturer's coupons with values up to $0.99, so this was a nice offer. Unfortunately it was only for a couple of weeks back in March. If they do it again, it will probably be prominently featured in the weekly store flyer so you will know.

My local Tops stores do not have gas stations connected with them, so I don't know how the gas points program works. Hopefully another forum member can help you out with that. Happy shopping!

The gas program is usually for every $100 you spend with your Bonus Card you get 10 cents off per gallon of gas in one purchase (when you scan your bonus card at the pump). So in the promotional period, if you spend $200 you get 20 cents off per gallon. You can redeem throughout the promotion or wait until the end and save more on one fill-up.
This promotion just ended (5/23 - able to redeem points until 6/6) - I'm not a big Tops shopper (though I am doing more now with matching coupons with the sales) but I had earned 283 points, saving 20 cents per gallon yesterday when I filled my car. YIPPEE!
