I have just recently found out that some coupons that I bought off of Ebay are fraudulant. I used them, and they scanned just fine at the store. They were higher amount coupons, and I used 20. I didn't hear until now that they were scanned copies. I didn't think scanned copies worked at stores, but apparently they did.

What should I do to cover my bases? When I was at the store, I heard the manager talking about the coupons, and that someone had used a lot of them (probably me!) and that they weren't legit. My debit/credit card is on all the transactions... just worried I will get in trouble for something? I called the store and asked if coupons weren't legit, if they would scan. They said no, but I'm pretty sure they were having a problem with them working.

Please help! I'm a newbie to the coupon world, and feel like I got scammed and may get in trouble for getting scammeD?! THANKS.

Oh no, I would be so upset! Knowing me I would probably go to the store and pay for what the q was worth. I would also leave negative feedback for the person you bought those q's from with a warning so other people would know!!!

I'm sorry this happened to you! I really don't know what do in a situation like tis...maybe some of the veterans have some good advice. hope you get it straightened out!
