| A1 $2 printable coupon that came from proof for newspaper insert Just to clarify: The trader made right on the coupon trade. I recently had what appeared to be bad photocopies of this coupon sent to me in a trade... now I have learned of another getting GOOD printings of this same coupon. The $2/1 A1 Steak Sauce coupon is NOT legit and is not to be printed for our use. The coupon is being printed from a proof that was made for the newspaper insert printing. Someone got ahold of it and posted it on the web. It's not right that people are playing others and sending these as legit coupons. Please, don't print them and don't use them. The only VALID $2 A1 coupon came from the ACTUAL Sunday inserts and are NOT printed at home. There IS a legit $1 A1 coupon out there. Kim Here is a pic of the ones sent to me:

It is amazing what some people will do! Let alone what they get away with doing! Sorry this happened to you thur a trade and if it was here at AFC I feel as thou the Admin's or Mod's should do something about this.There is a rule about sending out non-legit coupons. I know I would not like it if I traded with someone and got a photocopy of a coupon and I'm sure no one else would like it either.

just a heads up here~this issue involved a somewhat newer coupon user who is still learning. She made the trade right so nobody is to blame here, it was a mistake. We all know that when you enter the world of coupons, its difficult to understand whats legit and what isn't legit these days with all the coupons going around on the internet. This thread was not created to scold or call out a member, it was merely created to better educate everyone. Thank you mommyto2boys for posting this so everyone can learn.

I totally agree it's not right kim. If I'm ever unsure of a Q, I usually ask someone is this too good to be true. I know I asked a lot of questions when I first started couponing. It never hurts to ask.

My friend who is also an AFC user traded with someone on here and received 20 (I think it was that man) photocopies of a coupon. She was so mad. Of course she did not use them. She noticed that all of them had the same numbers on them, and just didn't look right. Shame on these people for trying to do that. Is saving $2.00 worth all of this???
