Does anyone know if the pdf file for the free idahoan is fake??

Someone sent it to me and it is printing three per page and makes me believe its fake..

Anyone know for sure??

Can you post a link so we can have look? I've been curious about this myself. I saw someone selling the this on ebay, not the actual coupons, ofering to email the link after payment. That just sounded a little bit fishy to me.

You could try going to the store and use just one of them and see if they take it OK.

I would not post a link to a coupon if you are questioning if it is ligit or not. You can check if coupons are fake or not at the link below.

Do not try to use it at the store. It may be accepted, even if forced through. But, if it is a fake then the store will not be reimbursed for the conterfit coupon. We all are honest coupon users and if your not sure about a coupon, it's best not to use it. Especially when it comes to internet printed.

There was a Free Idahoan pdf a while back, but it was a 1pp. It was available on the Idahoan website. A 3pp has been made by someone, but with an original coupon.

I would definitely not use this nor would I post a link here. AFC takes fraudulent coupon use very seriously. Common sense tells me no mfr. would have a coupon in this format, esp. for a free item.

I was wondering the same thing!!

I searched on this site for it and got nothing.. you'd think if it was a good coupon there'd be talk especially since it was FREE..

I googled it and found that people got it by doing a survey on their site and then the pdf was sent to them or something like that.

With 3 on a page i'd say is no good.. Since it came with one on a page.

These coupons are NOT valid anymore. If you were not given the coupon by the company, they are not valid. Whether it is one to a page or three.

I got the original coupon from the company. If you got it from the company it is valid. I have no problem using a coupon that came to me in pdf and that I saved.

I know that this coupon is no longer valid but I did want to say that I was one of them that was e-mailed a pdf with three to a page. I cut them all out and took them to Walmart to use. The cashier and the manager told me that as long as it scans, they'll take it and yes, they did scan so they said it was fine.

Just because a coupon will scan, doesn't mean it is good, regardless of what the Mgr says. As Monica stated, IF the Q wasn't sent to you by the company, it isn't valid and if Monica says it isn't valid, that's all I need to know........hth!!

The PDF file coupons are a invitation for abuse so I hope that the manufacturers stop sending them. The colgate PDF is a clear example of a good deal gone bad.

It had a long expiration date and people printed out sometimes hundreds for themselves and are using it for every opportunity they can get. Colgate finally caught on to the numbers being printed in a short time and shut it down. But I saw someone talking about sending something to someone so that they could print out their own stock. The Mod shut down the "talk". However, it is going on behind the scenes. Of course, the manufacturer had no intent for us to print out mass quantities of the coupon for ourselves to use to our "advantage". I say advantage sarchastically, because even though we can do it, it is going to cost us all in the long run.

you may not be aware, but this 1.50 Colgate IP in pdf is one of the most used IP these days. Sadly, many people post using them FOR THE WRONG COLGATE and say their cashiers pushed the coupons. Does that make it right? NO! but people say they will do what they have to do to get free plus RRs/ECBs. Unfortunately, we all have to suffer the consequences from choices that some people make.

unfortunately, there are discussions in a lot of boards especially since Colgate is currently on sale at different stores. People are encouraging everyone to print them by the reams

Let's keep in mind what happened to the $3 Robitussin IP after it was used in excessive numbers at WAG. it was up at the site for over a year only to be pulled out after the RR promo at WAG and changed to a different format with lower face value. when do we learn?

i see, thank you both for letting me know. i have heard of others using the colgate total cpns on non colgate total and just the regular total and it makes me angry, it does hurt the rest of us

so are you saying that the stores are not getting there money back from us using the coupon now??
