I am about to send in my rebate for free Yogurt Melts after mail in rebate. I noticed that it does not state that it requires a recipet of any sort. It just says that you will get $2.99 back with the form and UPC.

Is this right? It seems very odd to me. I paid less than that OOP not to mention using a coupon and I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something.

i was reading that aswell tonight! i bought some for my dd's tonight. and i only paid 1.00 for them after coupons and the sale my giant eagle had. i was a lil confused too.

I sent mine in week ago without a receipt. Hope I get my money. On a sidenote my DS LOVES these. He could eat the whole bag if I let him.

I was just looking at this this morning because I bought some items for DH's business on the same receipt and I keep those seperate. But then I realized that the Gerber MIR didn't ask for a receipt, weird! These were actually 2.99 at Target, but I did have a 1/2 coupon so I should get back more than I paid.

Yep! You ladies are ALL right! I sent my forms (I have multiple relatives who let me use their addresses) in a couple months ago and got back my checks for $2.99. No receipt needed, I only paid $1.99 minus manf. Q. What a deal! Oh, and my son is addicted to these things! I called the 1-800 number for Gerber to tell them how great my son thought they were!! But I casually mentioned that we wouldn't be buying them in the future. When the lady on the phone asked why, I told her that I couldn't afford to spend $2.99 on a one ounce package. The way he eats them, we'd be broke!! She offered to send me coupons in the mail, which I got about 5 days later! It's worth a phone call if your kids like these!

I think it has to be an original. It was a tearpad and as far as I know it is not offered online. But I bet if you call them they would honor your rebate without an orginial or mail you one.
