Help Sign I am having trouble printing coupons
I can't print them from smart source or cool savings. I have installed the coupon printer and was able to print for a few weeks but know it won't work for me! There is no yellow bar to install also!PLEASE HELP!

Well, I can't print from Smartsource from my Toshiba laptop which has Vista. All I get when trying to print is a photo of the item on the coupon. Nothing else is printed. This happens when using Mozilla and IE on the laptop. However I also have a Dell Desktop with Vista and most of he coupons print from Mozilla, if not, they will print from IE. I haven't a clue as to why this happens. Go figure, my real old computer with Windows XP, all coupons print from Mozilla and IE with no problem and I hate this computer because it is so slow.

What you should do is install FireFox 3 and then save the file as a word or image document. Then try printing.
