I was just wondering if anyone else is having problems with Firefox crashing when you try to print coupons from bricks. I just wanted to know whether it was a problem with Firefox or with my computer. I've been having to use Internet Explorer to print coupons.

I have to use IE as well. Firefox isn't compatible with all the coupon things yet and when you try to install, it fails and crashes the browser sometimes. Save bet is to use IE if you have to fill out a form to get them... that way you don't have to do it all over again if your browser crashes.

Same here.. I can't even access some of the coupons using firefox so I now automatically open IE specifically when I switch to my pc from my mac to print out.

The same here. It never did this until recently. I'm fixing to put DH on the problem.

I use FF for all my coupon printing. I would bet that you have installed the version # 3 of FF and that is why you are having problems. If you want to go back to one of the version # 2's I bet the problem will stop. You can get the older versions at cnet.com. HTH

Yesterday I tried printing coupons from Eversave, there is a place to click for first time Firefox users,,, did that ,,, it never made the coupons print. Now my computer keeps CRASHING, just in the middle of anything,,, like changing from new posts (AFC of course) to FORUMS or whatever??? HELP , anyone else have that.

My computer is only a couple of months old, have never had a bit of trouble with it, I`m kinda worried.

I've been having this same problem with FireFox for MONTHS! Are you using Vista? There is some security program in Vista that is what's crashing Firefox here... I tried contacting Mozilla but never heard back

If it's the same thing, every once in a while when it crashes you can catch a little popup saying that such-n-such program has caused it to close

Yes, it is Vista, but I have printed coupons from smartsource, coolsaving and more. Now I cant even do that. I do the whole download their printer add on etc. and nothing. ???? It has probably crashed 15 times today and never before:o

I updated firefox, and have a lot of problems, as well. I can't get smartsource to work for me at all, it just goes through offers, loops back to the coupons page and never prints coupons. I hadn't printed from there in months, so I'm not sure if firefox 3 is the problem, or if its something else. Thanks for the advice on where to download previous versions of firefox!

I had the problem with Firefox ater I downloaded Firefox version 3

I downloaded Firefox version 2, and I can now print SmartSource

I also had problems printing Coupons with Firefox. Kept crashing. I'm wondering if my problem has anything to do with Vista? I also downgraded to Firefox 2 and so far no problems with crashing.

You may want to upgrade to FireFox 3 if you haven't already and if it keeps crashing you may want to save the coupons to a word or paint document and print it. Also something may be wrong with the script of your FF do to some people using FF add-ons to hack computer storage systems and online sources.

I have FireFox 3 but as of 2 days ago Smartsource locks me up every time I try to print. It keeps trying to upload/upgrade my java but I have the current version of that as well (I even reinstalled it to be sure). This just started so I am thinking some upgrade compat issues. Off to see if IE is also a problem.
