I am having problems logging onto AFC this morning from either my iPad or iPhone. I have the app that I constantly use. I deleted and re-installed the app but all I get in the "logging in" that keeps spinning in circles. It eventually times out.

Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I kept getting the banned up message. I shut down the phone and restarted, logged in again and I can access but it seems buggy, lots of timing out.

I was having all kinds of buggy issues too, so I uninstalled the app, but now I can't even find the app in the App Store. I also tried Googling the app and it's not there. I logged onto the site hoping there would be some kind of pop up telling me to install the app, but nothing. Can anyone help? Where's the app?!

Anyone? I can't find the app in the App Store and the link on Google takes me to a blank page. Where's the app? I uninstalled it thinking that re-installing it would fix the bugs, but now it's just GONE. Please help!

I was hoping someone from the technical team would answer you. I know one time when I uninstalled the app I had a hard time finding it on the App Store. I remember it was all one word "afullcup" but I too tried looking in the App Store and could not find it. Same with a Google search. I sure hope someone knows the answer.

For whatever reason my app is missing from my iPhone. I could have pocket deleted it or it just went poof. I have no idea which happened. Anyway, I also can not find it in the App Store. When I opened afc in a browser and replied to a post, I got the 'would you like to install the afc app' prompt. I selected yes and was then told that afc isn't available in the us App Store. I wish I would have thought to take a screen shot but I didn't until it was too late. A week later and I still cannot get afc app.

Please forgive any typos. I am on a bumpy bus right now. The browser version is painful to use, please get the app back on track soon!

Tried a restart and am back on home network still not working. Strangely enough iPad still functioning fine.

For those of you that havent found it yet, there is a new AFC app available in the app store. If I still had the old app, I wouldnt switch as there are some differences. But if you no longer have the old app for whatever reason this is better than trying to access afc through safari.

I havent decided if I like this new version better or not. So far there are a couple of attributes I dont love but I see potential in a couple of other differences. I will need more time with it to know for sure.

My biggest complaint is that I cant seem to get the push notifications to actually come through. I have no idea if there are actually any updated subscribed threads or messages unless I open the app. I still have the old version on my ipad and I waited for over an hour after notifications showed up on my ipad and my phone was still not showing any updates. If youve been able to get a notification on the new app, please let me know eaxctly what your settings are (here or pm is fine), I really miss this function of the old app.

Also the search functionality seems to not work on the new app. I tried searching for this thread and even with the exact title, there were "no matching threads". In fact, I havent been able to successfully get any thread to match for any search term. Hopefully that means it is a work in progress!

Huh, I am still getting the notifications on the iPad which has the old app.

I just went to the app store and searched for afullcup. I think it was on Tuesday that I was able to get the app but it may have been Wednesday. I had been searching every day since I've been back home since I knew a new app was set to be released.

I would really consider not switching to the new app if that is what you are thinking of doing. I have no idea if you can have both at the same time. The new app tile is a white background rather than blue. The old app is much more intuitive IMO (plus you are already used to it). The ads are large and distracting in the new app. I guess I hadnt even noticed the ads in the old app. I had posted in contact us because since I am a supporting member I thought I shouldnt have ads. They told me we all have ads in the app. So I checked my ipad and I sure do have ads there, they just never bothered me so I hadnt noticed them. Noticed them right away on the new one though.

I dont mean to be so negative towards the new app. There might even be a couple of features that I like better once I get used to things, I am not discounting that possibility. BUT, if I got to choose,I would have the old version back and I just dont want to see anybody switch and be disappointed...and I have no idea if you can have both versions at once.

I just posted here because the new app is much preferable to using AFC in safari so I thought those that were having issues reinstalling would like to know an option is available. Believe me, I am VERY happy to have an AFc app again.

Got the app back, but have the same problem as SCLolly. Can't get my notifications to work at all. I have checked my settings a millions times. I too, am happy to have the app back, but really missing the old as well.

Did you by chance back up your phone with ITunes or iCloud?

My notifications stopped happening about a week ago, I access through iPhone, iPod, and android tablet.

I hate change so I will just deal with it!

Not recently enough that I wouldn't lose other stuff with a restore back to then. . If notifications are gone for others then it wouldn't be worth it to me. That's the think that bothers me most.

Update: no notifications for me this am on the iPad either this morning. So I was either delusional before or I don't know what?!?

Has anyone been able to figure out what is going on with the app? I still get the "loading" with the spinning wheel as well as numerous time outs,connection failure. I do not have this problem with any other app. Just frustrating.

Have you tried clearing your device history? Also I know sometimes in the wee hours they go offline for updates, etc.

Yes, I have tried so many things. It has been worse today. I don't know what's up.

No, I still have the original app. I don't think I want the new one. I don't have any problems with any other app besides this one.

I have the old app on the ipad and the new app on the iphone, both are doing the timing out thing. I can get on sometimes and not others. This seems to happen when I am on my home network and other networks. Like the PP most other apps are working fine (Receipt Hog is still being slow to load stuff but it eventually does). AFC on the computer seems slower to load as well but I believe all are eventually loading (no timing out on the computer). Maybe an AFC server issue?
