Need printing help mac 10.5.8
Hello,

I am at a loss and need help. I am unable to print smartsource or redplum due to java issues.
Sometime smartsource.com does not detect java but it is installed.

Anyone have a clue how to fix this on a mac running 10.5.8?

Still nothing. I cannot print red plum or smart source because of the java problem. It used to work a couple of months ago. I am going to bring it to the apple store and see if they can future it out. I will let you guys know.

Tried for hours.
My printer was down for 4 months so I wasn't printing anything. We got a new printer this week and I went to print from Smart source and found out that it wouldn't work and that in those 4 months there was a Java change. grrrrrrr I tried for hours and hours all yesterday afternoon and couldn't get it to work. So bummed. Sure hope they have answers at the Mac store!

I was having the same problem. I uninstalled java then downloaded and reintalled it, Works fine now.

You must not have a mac then. You can't uninstall and reinstall java in a mac. At least in the version we are having problems with.

I made the mistake of updating java on my Mac. It would print fine from SmartSource before I updated. Never could print from RedPlum. Java for Mac bites the big one, IMO. If you find out the problem, please let all of the rest of us who are suffering know.

For me it is! God finally supplied the money for a new printer and was all excited to get back into the coupon swing and then this dumb thing pops up! grrrrrrrrrrrrr

Anyone ever figure this out? I have a mac as well 10.7 os x and for months I cant' get firefox to print smartsource coupons. It's so annoying would love to have an answer to this issue!!!

Finally! After over 9 months finally got my Mac to Print from Smart Source. It took some digging but I found it. Here is the link I used. Follow the steps exactly and it worked! Hope it works for you guys.

So I'm back to having printing issues. It seems like overtime I update my OS X I go back to the same issues. Anyone have a solution? The last solution I found is now outdated
