I got the app a few days ago and have been trying to use it since but all I get is "Contacting Remote Site". What is going on can anyone tell me?

Not sure. Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the app?

Yes I uninstalled and reinstalled and still the same

Open your app settings and clear logins. See if that helps, the other problem could just be your device is not getting a good signal. Hth

I don't know how to do that or where to find it on the phone. I looked through the phone and googled and couldn't find it. My phone is a pay as you go phone (Cricket) so maybe it don't have it I really don't know don't know much about the phone to be honest. Thanks for the suggestion though.

I have boost which is prepay. I installed from the Google play store.

When i get contacting remote site & it don't log in...its usually cause my 3g connection isn't strong..

Cut your phone off & back on to see if that helps

Also have u tried to log in outside where u may get a better signal??

If you go to the app click your menu button, then go to settings. That should help you there.

Found the settings and cleared the cache and now I can see the forum (couldn't before) but it still says contacting remote site. It could be cuz not enough strength and yep tried going outside and turn off/turn on phone and still the same.....maybe I'm not meant to use it on my phone who knows.
