I just tried sending a message to someone been exchanging quite a few messages back and fourth, just got a message saying I can not send the message until more storage is created? What does that mean and how can I resolve this issue?

Maybe try erasing some messages that you no longer need. That should do the trick.

I am not sure but it might mean you need to clear some of you "sent" messages and they might have too many on their end too. I would write them a visitor message asking them to check to see if their inbox is full. Ask them if it is to please delete some messages so you can get through.
