It seems this a common problem especially for those using Macs and Safari browsers. These steps will solve your problem: 1. Insert the Mac OS X installation disc that came with your computer or with your Mac OS X retail package. 2. Double-click the Optional Installs folder, and then double-click the Optional Installs package. (A package has an icon that looks like an open box.) 3. Follow the onscreen instructions. Select the disk where you want to install Rosetta and click Continue. 4. Select the checkbox next to Rosetta, click Continue, and then click Install. ** If you don't have your install disc, try downloading the Rosetta Installer from the internet and then installing it. Hope this helps!!! |

Newbie here! I have the same issue with my new iMac. I'm running OS X 10.6.7 and have this very same issue. I tried your solution with no luck. I can't print coupons from any website except for Target dot com and that was a nightmare in itself to get done. I have updated my printer drivers on my new printer, updated all my software and installed the Rosetta per your instructions. Do you know of anything else that might work?

I can still print in Tiger (10.4.11) and Safari 4 (?, maybe 3, whatever the most up to date one is for Tiger), but in Snow Leopard (10.6.7) - I can't print anything from coupons.com and anything that uses their coupon printer. Have to keep restarting in Tiger to print coupons. In Snow Leopard, I keep getting the message that I haven't printed coupons before and to install the coupon printer (which I've done a zillion times). The message to print never reaches my printer (Samsung SCX-4500W), which has the latest driver. And I keep getting told to install the coupon printer again. I'm on a mac mini (intel) for both systems, which are on separate hard disks.

Hi, M&MsMom33: I, too, can no longer print bricks Qs. ![]() But, I've found that clicking on the "help" link sometimes takes me to a page where I can request the Q by mail. ![]() Not always and sometimes you have to click through a FAQ page to get to the address form. Saves me paper and ink even if it doesn't always work! Best, LizzyBizzy |

The only thing that I've found that helps is if I am on Firefox switching to Safari or vice versa. I also have tried printing in windows (VMware) but I get an error saying it wont allow me to print in a virtual environment.

I'm still in Snow Leopard and today can't get the coupons.com to load at all in the latest FireFox. It loaded once in the latest Safari (but never printed, the cursor just kept spinning and spinning, not even an error message or a request to once again install their printer for the zillionth time), but then when I tried a little later the page wouldn't load at all. So something is going on at their site. Someone who actually manages to load it should let them know that mac users are having so much trouble loading and printing. And remind them that many people who use Windows machines in the office have macs at home, which is where they would most likely be using the site... Since troubles began especially with Snow Leopard - everybody with a newer machine or system is cut off. People with iPhones have to use at least a higher version of Leopard just to access iTunes (won't work in Tiger), so they should look at the growing numbers of iPhone users too if they wonder if it's worth fixing their software. I upgraded from Tiger to Snow Leopard precisely because of the iPhone, and that's when I started having trouble with the coupons.com engine not working.
