I've been decorating cakes for about 2.5 years now... I do buttercream and fondant. I make all the decorations on my cakes by hand...that way everything is edible (excluding the treasure chest cake...jewelry is plastic). Check out my photo gallery!!

Awe..thank you all so much!! I do have so much fun with them!! I've made a lot of these for family....I've even figured out how to successfully mail cupcakes!! HEHEHE... Its a lot of fun!!

nice to see someone young taking up the baking torch..I started taking gum paste and decorating courses..before I could drive..my mom had to drive me a couple of hours each way..and get permission from the chefs..to let someone so young apply for classes...

and I 99% of the time bake from scratch..although, I still hit people who'd rather have as cheap as possible rather than the best taste..and things like butter, european chocolate, fresh fruit purees..do cost more than betty crocker...

I love the bow cake we picked that out for our grooms cake. The lady couldn't do it so we settled for cheese cakes. Also in love with the farm cake!

You are very very talented. At first I was only going to look at a few and before know it I HAVE to see all 146. You're amazing. Guess I'll go chew on a rice cake.

I hope you charge for your cakes/talent. I have a friend who bakes for many people and rarely accepts any payment. I'm always getting after her.
