I'm new to couponing and really only look at the CVS forum on here. I'm headed to Target today and its seems many of you get freebies on trial sizes with coupons. Anyone help coming up with a list of freebies?
I thought I read that the Huggies wipes trial size is $.99 and use the $1 off Huggies coupon for free wipes- is this right?
What else is free?? Spill your secrets! Baby products especially- Thanks!!

you have to read the fine print of the coupons..most of the huggies ones are for a 64 ct or larger..which is usually the tub size

I know the butt paste is free with Q - I get them all the time. There is a printable $1.00 Q and they are $.99
I think there were shout wipes too - so look for those (don't remember where the coupons were though IP or in a weekly insert). HTH

Please check out AFC's Steals and Deals page! At the top of every page, you will see a RESOURCES link. Under it, there are Steals and Deals for various stores, including Target. It lists what coupon to use with what item to get it for free or cheap. Here is the direct link:

and it varies between stores/clerks and such..I had a cart full of stuff recently and that clerk won't accept for anything that created an overage..some dont' care/some are persnickety..I just left without anything...

A few I like to use are the butt paste, shout wipes, all small and mighty, shave gel, buddies bars, renu multi-purpose contact solution (my #1 favorite freebie). Check any coupons you have for toiletry-type items to see if there is a restriction on size. If not, there's a good chance you'll see it in the travel/trial size section. The Johnson's buddies bars are in the baby section, not trial sizes. Now that I look there, I'm always surprised to see "nicer" shampoos, etc showing up there. Everything I've bought free this way I learned about from this site. One I learned recently was Reach toothbrushes. There's a $1 Reach coupon out there right now and there's a no-frills Reach toothbrush for $0.99.

I've never had a cashier question using them on trial sizes, but I hear lots of stories where it does happen. Just make sure you've read the coupon and it's not restricted on size and you're picking up the exact product. Like if it says "good on any styling product" and you're buying shampoo, then that's typically not considered the right item. I also am always buying a few other things so it's never totalled $0. We're not doing anything wrong, but I don't like to be scrutinized as if I am and $0 total would certainly bring attention.

There's a current printable for Renu multi-purpose on coupons dot com. It's $1.00 off Bausch & Lomb Renu Multi-Plus Solution. Make sure you look for that wording b/c there's a Renu eye drops one that looks similar. In the trial size area, there is a 2 oz bottle travel-sized bottle inside of a box. Wow - I just opened the box and there's a $2.50 off a 12 oz bottle coupon inside. WOO-HOO!

The shave gel was one that was recently in the inserts, I think. Satin Care shave gel.

Wait a minute... There is a RENU freebie to be had?? Please elaborate on this.

Thanks for the info. I will go look for the printable now. JUST last night, I used my Satin Care shave gel coupon on the full sized at WM. GRRR. Always happens. But my DD said she needed shaving gel and I flipped open my coupon book and there it was. Oh well.
