Pampers Jumbo 2/$17

In my Target ad this week they have Pampers jumbo on sale 2 for $17, if you need wipes this is a plus, use the $3 off Q on the generator plus any MFC you may have.

Remember to get lots of rainchecks, they are uasually good for 45 days, that way in 6 weeks you will still only be paying the 8.50 price per pack rather than 11.99. I get multiple rain checks, usually with 5 or 6 packs per check. My store allows you to get a raincheck for upto 10 of the same items per check, but with the smaller checks i don't have to buy 10 at a time. I'll probably get 5 checks, for a total of 25 packs of diaper And the Q on the generator expires at the end of the month, so you can spread out your diapers purchases over a few weeks rather than all at once if you budget dosen't allow you to but all at once.

also, it always helps having the item number for the product when you go to customer service for the rainchecks, and different sizes have different number. Just makes things go more smoothly rather than waiting on them to get the item number

Are you just throwing "6 weeks" out there as a possibility or do you know that the prices are going up to 11.99 soon? One of our ST has them already at 11.99 but we don't know if it is just that store (due to upscale location) or will be hitting all stores soon. I have twins so I want to stock up before prices jump up! TIA!

I think 11.99 is the normal price whereas 2/17 is the sale price

The ST closest to me still has the jumbo packs at 9.99 but the one closest to DH's work has them for 11.99. Maybe the one closest to us is just slower to raise prices.

correct 11.99 is the regular price for the JUMBO pack when they are not on sale.

If you got the raincheck, which at my store are good for 45 days (6 weeks), you could continue to pay the sales price of 8.50 for another 6 weeks past the sale end date, by using the rain checks.

Another benifit of using the rain checks, is that on the rain checks it clearly states that you can use the rain check on another exact item but of a different brand and recieve the same % off. ( ie: daipers)

So for instance, this deal with pampers, the sales price gives you about 30% off, therefore you can get the rainchecks for Pampers sales price and go in the store and buy Huggies or Luvs or whatever and get the same % off.

I believe the rain check even gives and example such as a doll for doll or shirt for shirt.

You might want to get 1 pack per raincheck too b/c if you don't plan on buying 5 or 6 packs at once I think you just "lose" the raincheck for the other packs if you do not use the entire raincheck.

I got rainchecks recently when Good Start Natural Cultures were on sale. They put 6 cans on each raincheck. I went last week to use a raincheck but they only had 4 cans. I asked the cashier and he called Guest Services or someone. He gave me back my raincheck and said that I can still use it for 2 more cans. I haven't tried yet so I hope he wasn't misinformed!

When I got those rainchecks, they had told me that they only issue X number of rainchecks for a sold-out item. Anyone have any experience with that? I was glad that I was able to get rainchecks for 18 cans -- doesn't last very long with twins!

9 kilos is about 20 pounds, so either a size 3 or 4, depending on how round her tummy is, size 4 starts at 10 kilos+

$9.99 is the regular price for ours here. I hope they don't go up to $11.99 anytime soon.

Here is Colorado, diapers were 8.99/jumbo package at Target and 9.49 at WAGs until earlier this year. Then, the price went up to 9.99 at Target and 10.49 at Target. (I don't remember if the increase occurred in January or February.) We don't have CVS but RiteAid regular price is 11.49. Apparently, we must be heading for 11.99 since one of the STs nearby have already gone up to that price! We go through two jumbo packages a week (twins) so a $3/package increase over a time period of about 4 months is a lot to us!

Can you just get rainchecks even if the shelf isn't empty? I have grabbed the little shelf tags and gotten a raincheck from the cashier, but have never gone to CS for one.

Thanks!

I just got a raincheck for 5, the shelf still had 3. The cashier seemed to have a problem, but I don't know if it was just her or the system said there were some in stock. The manager came over and helped. Now I need to go to another Target to get more.

I went back tonight to get some diapers or rainchecks. They were out of almost every size Huggies jumbo packs and had taken down all the sale signs and rainchecks that were out yesterday! I didn't have time to go to CS but I hope they put the raincheck slips back out later in the week! (Last night when I went they were almost out of some sizes and the ones they were out of had rainchecks out.)

Even with all the coupons they were still more expensive than the target brand on clearance. That is so frustrating to me! I ended up getting two of the target brand super mega packs @ .09 a diaper.
