Biggest changes I see are...

Target added a limit to "like" coupons:
Limit of 4 identical coupons per household, per day (unless otherwise noted on coupon)

As well as a new return policy:
Returns of items purchased using Manufacturer coupons may receive coupon value returned in the form of a Target GiftCard.

Aha! I was already expecting something like this as my Target had really started enforcing a limit of 4 Target coupons and I had started noticing this wording on the Target catalinas I was receiving.

Anyone else bummed about this? I mean in a way its good because it will limit the shelf clearers, but at the same time it's imposing a limit on those of us with good self-control
Also not a fan of the change where they do not allow printables for free items (again, I can understand why) but Target is one of the only stores in my area that still allows that and now they don't. Boo.

sorry I was a little confused. With the new change in "limit of 4 identical coupons per household per day" thing, does it applies toward the Target's Printable Web coupons or is this only for the manufacturer's and Target's mailer/ weekly insert's coupons?

Just wanted to get it straightened out since most cashiers at my local Targets were sort of "rude" when it comes to coupons and all + I'm sort of tire in having to make two separate trips to the store if I wanted to use the Target's Web coupon on certain items. TIA

How do they know the per day thing? It's not like there are store loyalty cards..... are there???

So far I only see it on the ones from the inserts. The IP's still say one per guest. For me, IMO, this is a good thing at my Target they would only let me use one of each coupon no matter what. So at least now I can use four at a time.

This is a good thing. My Target already does this. Even Target printables limit it to TWO printables, so finding another computer to print from is already something no one should be doing. My whole entire town has a shelfclearer[s] and unless I get to the store DIRECTLY at opening on Sunday, I'm screwed for the week. So hopefully this will help a little bit.
