buy 2 mascara 1 @ 6.24= 12.48 - (BOGO from p&g) - 6.24 - $1/1 (covergirl p&g) - $2/2 (TARGET beauty bag coupon)= 3.24 for 2 covergirl mascara!

I believe that if you use a manufacturer's BOGO coupon, you can only use one $X/1 Target coupon on top of that.

Actually I think the problem may be with the $1/1 p&g because targets policy expects you to pay full price for the item you have to buy to get the other free. Their policy allows one additional TQ to be used when a MQ BOGO Q is used so the $2/2 should be fine. Has anyone tried this?
