| Any deals for the Foodsaver containers?
I know everyone is going crazy over the potentially free foodsaver handheld foodsaver appliances at Target: ![]() I'm not even sure if I want one yet but I do have both the MQ and the TQ without restrictions to get one. The thing is I have already have one of the bigger more expensive foodsaver models: ![]() The thing I like about the little handheld one people are getting at Target for free is that it can be used with containers like this: ![]() I would only want to get one of the foodsavers that many people are getting for free if there is some deal going on for the reusable containers. Anyone know of any such deal?? |

I don't know of any deals on the containers, although I did look at them this morning and thought they looked nice. I was unable to print the Target Q for the appliance, so if you are not going to use yours I would be glad to do a trade.

I was hoping to find a deal on the containers also. I got the handheld and the bags that go with them but they say you can't use them in the freezer? Can the containers be used in the freezer? Maybe I just have voracious eaters in my house, but I'm not sure vacuum sealing something is going to be worth it for me unless I can then freeze it...unless it means I won't have to freeze the item? Maybe I'm overthinking this! |

I picked up 2 double packs of the 8" x 20' rolls yesterday, they were marked at 19.99 each, so I got 2 double packs for 17.99 after using the B1G1 Target Q and the 2.00/1 MFR Q on coupons.com. I don't know where anyone heard they couldn't be used in the freezer. The website says that can and we regularly use them to freeze meat when it goes on sale. They work great, but I got a funny look from the cashier when he saw the Q take off 19.99 and actually called the supervisor over to confirm if it was okay. I don't know about the containers though, the Q I used was only good for bags or rolls.

HHmmm if you can't freeze the item, it might not be worth it for me either. I would think that removing the oxygen would help the item last a little longer in the fridge but my main goal is to freeze stuff. I'm guessing the bags for the larger units can be used in the freezer?? That would be more worth it to me, I'll have to check this out.

check coupons.com now, if the $10 off ANY foodsaver vacuum sealing system is still there. I'll check if it can be paired with the $10 TWQ and the pair may buy us cheap food saver appliance. The first pic OP posted is FoodSaver fresh saver handheld vacuum sealing system @ 19.49 online and another red one @ 19.99. Since the MQ says good on ANY foodSaver vacuum system, ya'll think that'll work?

I did the coupon deal and got the small foodsaver appliance free. Well technically they paid me a penny for it. I am also keeping an eye out on deals for the bags and containers now.

First time posting... Target coupons has a bogo for fiodsaver products.. Plus coupons.com has 2.00 off a fiodsaver product.. Sooo.. These all can be used together to make one out of the two items free, then use the 2.00 off mq"s in junction, making for a pretty sweet deal IMO. So, ex: I bought. Two fiodsaver products for 20, used bogo to bring it down to 10, the two mqs at 2.00 off each, bringing my total oop to 6.00 for everything.

Well there you go, we're both talking about different things, ! I'm going to try this handheld one to see how I like it and decide if I want a bigger one. I might just exchange all the bags I got for some containers but I'm just not sure.
