When I had them pair up badly, i just took my receipt to CS and they were able to adjust the coupons and gave me cash back once I explained what happened. I was a little surprised the cashier followed what I was saying because I didnt feel as if I was explaining it well but she did and it all worked out. After that I just did transactions of 2 when I wanted to use the coupon. I am glad there is another option!

Just back from my closest Target and the shelves were pretty picked over. I was interested in the clippers and they were all gone except one giant style that I didn't want... oh well, will check again another time or at the other Target I shop.

Yes, sometimes I've found them at the end caps (shelves at either end of the aisles). This is also where they keep clearance items.

My store didn't have any revlon beauty tools at all. I even had one of the employees searching the aisles with me, and we found nothing. She told me they just restocked the whole department, so it would be up to date, but the only revlon was actual makeup. She said maybe only certain stores are carrying the tools now, so she said to check another store.

None of the stores in my area used to have them, but about one week ago, they finished clearancing out the Sally Hansen beauty tools, and replaced that section with Revlon beauty tools. They are next to the Trim beauty tools, where they have the nail polish wall with the Sally Hansen, OPI, and Essie polishes.

You can check online just search a revlon tool and it will show out of stock for stores that dont carry the products only 3 targets out of 6 near me carry them.

Actually, yes you can. Since Target is a further drive for me I take my Target coupons and Manufacture coupons to Walmart. They price match the Target coupons & in some case hand them back to you. And then use the Manf coupon as normal.

Don't however let them tell you they have to run them as competitor coupons cuz then they won't let you use the manf coupons as that is "double couponing" to them.
