So then the price would be the same as RA? Sorry, confused. Is the OP wrong on them being free then?

The price will be the same as RA (possibly less, ymmv), then you can use mq. So yes, it wouldn't be free.

The TQ I believe you are referring to is also a MQ, so this deal wouldn't work for that reason also.
