I know that many of you ladies have taken advantage of the $3 off 2 coupons lately. But me and a friend have ingeniously devised a way to get the most from them. First, we printed (each) out 7 $3.00 off coupons. Then, we went to smartsource.com's coupon printer and snagged the $2 off any Huggies diapers' coupon. Go to the Travel Size isle in Health and Beauty. You will (hopefully) find in a bin tons of travel-size Huggies wipes for .97 each. If you use a $3 coupon for two of these, you get an overage of $1.06. What we did, was purchase 13 packs applying 7 $3 coupons to that and a Jumbo pack of Huggies diapers that usually retail for $9.97; with the overages and the $2 coupon applied the pack of diapers was also free. Additionally, there was $1 left over for anything else we wanted (I got a soda at the checkout). You have to get that dollar item otherwise they can't apply the last coupon because they will "owe" you money. If you do all this once, your bill should be $.69 - however of course you can do this as many times possible as long as there's enough in stock. The $3 coupons only last until the 10th! The $2 coupons last until Feb. 16. Let me know if anyone tries this!! ![]()

The $3/2 is one couponper transaction . Or am I mistaken? Can someone please confirm. -Anishia

Yes, that's what it says. However most of the times I have gone, I've used more than one. 5 at the most, but it really depends on your cashier!

We've never had anyone say anything. If they did, I suppose we would just point out that we could do a million different transactions or one, which way would they prefer? ![]()

i've never had a problem either, but I know some people on here have. You got a good deal! Unfortunately, I don't like huggies diapers. But I suppose it would work well with the medium size bags of wipes instead. Thanks for sharing!

it's even better if you combine man Qs with the target qs on the wipes and body care. I've even used it on the little swimmers that huggies makes.

I suppose it seems like a no brainer on our end, but technically they don't have to allow you more than one transaction in a row. They could require the customer to leave the store in between each one, and in the case of that much overage they very well might. It's okay to laugh about it as long as we don't complain if they ever demand that we do it the *right* way. ;o)

I agree. If the coupon says one per transaction, that all I do. I assume that they do that so this particular "deal" can't happen. I'm glad you got a great deal. I just can't bring myself to do it.

I;ve asked my GSTL's if I can use two per transaction before, and they said they didn't mind. But I asked before. I don't want to get any of my cashiers in trouble. The only problem with the OP's theory is one, a cashier and a GSTL don't have to let you get overage on the coupon. If the coupon says 2/$3, then they look at the coupons and do the math in their heads, they can deny you that. Now, they can adjust the value of the coupon, but since each Target is their own, you could get denied that. And, each Target has different pricing. My Target's travel size packs of Huggies wipes are 1.07, while my 40 counts are 1.97. I don't mind pay the measly 14 cents for 50 some odd wipes ![]() Oh, and since they can make you seperate the transactions so its one coupon per transaction, then they would catch the overage and you couldn't just grab a candy bar or a soda to compensate for the overrage since the coupon doesn't apply to the product you are substituting the $1 or so overage for.

So, the diapers are about $10 and the travel wipes are about $1? So let's say we buy 1 diaper and 3 travel wipes and use 2/$3 Target and 2/$2 Huggies mnf. We pay 3 bucks!!!! That is a more than fair transaction and price! Careyberry

that is a great deal, careyberry. i just wish my little one could use Huggies wipes! But, no problems using wipes and the bath products! ![]() i have two $1 off bath products Q left...with no more lotions and having over 20 bottles of wash and only a couple of lotions, i am hoping between now and the 10th i can find lotion at some target! ![]()
